All Big 4 accounting firms and more were recently named to Fortune Magazine's 100 Best Companies to Work list.
To compile the rankings, Fortune partnered with Great Place to Work to oversee feedback from over 230,000 workers. Survey takers anonymously rated their workplace on factors including leadership, work/life balance, and their fellow peers. Great Place to Work also graded a Culture Audit management questionnaire for each company, which weighed factors such as compensation, benefits, training, and diversity initiatives.
Google, Wegmans Food Markets, and The Boston Consulting Group all topped the list, respectively.
